We’re hiring for full-time crew members for 2026. Crew members are the foundation of LHF and each employee will be a key member of the team. You will be part of a small and dynamic crew working on all aspects of the farm, including harvesting, packing, washing, weeding, trellising, pruning, transplanting, and general farm labor. Crew members will gain experience on the production cycle of the farm and take part in group and individual tasks. This job is for someone that enjoys working outside and doing highly physical labor with like-minded farmers that love organic produce! This position requires someone who can work in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining high quality standards. We are currently looking for someone who is available 5 days a week, 40-45 hours/week, Monday-Friday, starting March 1.

This role is central to the day-to-day operations of our market: stocking produce, assisting customers, maintaining displays, and ensuring an inviting shopping experience.The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and self-motivated, with a passion for local food and sustainable farming.

The Food Assistant plays a vital role in the daily operations of our kitchen and value-added production facility. This position supports both large-scale food preparation and the development of new ready-to-eat products. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn —helping maintain an efficient, safe, and creative kitchen environment.
